Dear Harvey,
 
It was great meeting you last night and learning about your masterkeying software program and masterkeying instructional DVD via Powerpoint. Today I had a chance to further review the program and course materials to evaluate your program in comparison with the other programs we demonstrate at our school. I am very impressed. The FASTERMASTER loaded up without any problems and I made my pinning chart within 10 minutes. It was easy to set-up and prints out in an easy to read chart.
 
The intructional DVD was additionally great. It goes step-by-step, much in the fashion like we teach now, but even more comprehensive with explanations for every possible step. It even had exercises to help the potential masterkeying locksmith understand in real life situations. I am honored to let you know this program will now be the main focus as part of our masterkeying class here at the California Institute of Locksmithing.
 
Anytime someone makes my job as instructor and director of the locksmith school easier I am thankful and your program makes my job "a lot" easier.

"I have really enjoyed the masterkeying class with Harvey Arkawy of www.RabbitSoft.us. He explained things very well and was very patient even when answering the same question for the 3rd time. The class involved a printed text, interactive web based powerpoint, internet chat with the instructor, and an internet radio lecture from www.LockRadio.com.  However, in addition to all of the material is the accessibility of Harvey.  He's returned every email and phone call since the class.  It seems like tech support for the class. The times for the class were very flexible. The quizzes and assignments were challenging.  And, the results were reviewed immediately with the instructor.  Even if you use software when masterkeying, this class will help you "speak the language" and be more efficient with your work I can't stress enough how accessible the instructor has been.  That has been the same experience with all of the classes I have taken so far with STI.  I'm looking forward to the next class that Harvey teaches."
